Mermaids Birthday Cake

We recently made a birthday cake for a little girl who loves mermaids. The doting parents brought us the cute mermaid dolls, and we decorated the cake with a blue ocean topping and chocolate shells. The cake underneath is a Strawberry Mousse Cake.

Blackforest Cheesecake

Blackforest Cake is one of the classic cakes and also one of our most popular cakes. What if we turn it into a cheesecake, using some of the same ingredients? The result - Blackforest Cheesecake. A crunchy pastry base, with a bottom layer of chocolate cheesecake, a top layer of classic cheesecake mixed with dark cherries, and topped with a cherry jelly studded with more dark cherries. It is creamy and decadent !

Lapis Cakes

Besides Traditional and Prune Lapis, we also make many other flavours such as San Cha, Pandan Almond, Coffee Nescafe, Chocolate Peppermint etc. All made with natural ingredients, very little artificial flavours and colouring, and no preservatives.

Chocobana Birthday Cake

The humble banana can also sometimes look impressive - like on this Chocobana Birthday Cake. The natural flavours of the bananas match very well and enhances the chocolate. Inside - layers of chocolate mousse and fresh banana slices. Delicious !

This birthday cake was decorated in a style that we call "Classic Elegance". Inside was a walnut butter cake that was specially requested by the customer.

Our daughter Myra is a big fan of Angry Birds. For her birthday yesterday we made her an Angry Birds Birthday Cake. She made some of the figurines herself, including the catapult.

We made a very large birthday cake for a customer recently. A Tiramisu Cake - it was almost 6 times the size of a normal cake - enough to feed around 100 people.

Prune Lapis

Prune Lapis is one of our most popular Lapis Cakes. The same delicate layers as the Traditional Lapis, but alternated with layers of preserved prunes. The prunes need to be flattened to form the layers properly - this is a lot of work !

Traditional Lapis (Layered Cake)

Our Lapis is made using traditional methods, with very thin and delicate layers. The Traditional Lapis is flavoured with mixed spices, and contains almost a whole tray of egg yolks. It is soft, buttery, moist and scrumptious !

Chicken & Mushroom Quiche

Our Chicken and Mushroom Quiche are made with chopped chicken and mushroom pieces panfried with onion and seasoned with French taragon and bay leave. They are then topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Available for takeaway on Saturdays and Sundays, or for orders. Minimum order 10 pieces.

Whats great about cupcakes is they are personalized portions - and can be made in any flavour. We recently had a birthday order of 40 Red Velvet Cupcakes - perfect for an office with 40 persons !
