Chocolate Tiramisu Cake

The Tiramisu is one of our most popular cakes. It is great for the coffee lover - with its creamy cheese and rich coffee flavour in the sponge layers. Now we have a different version for the coffee AND chocolate lover - the Chocolate Tiramisu Cake. It is the same Tiramisu - except we have added rich chocolate to the mix. Must try !

White Christmas Log Cake

Quite a few customers have requested for a White Christmas Log Cake, so we made a few for them. The tree bark is made of white chocolate, and inside is a soft sponge cake with cream. Something to spice up the Christmas party.

A customer ordered an Oreo Cheesecake for a Christmas party recently, and we decorated it with a mini winter wonderland on top. It is like Santa's playground !

Christmas Fruit Mince Pies

Christmas is coming, and if you are looking for something to bring in the Christmas cheer, then the Fruit Mince Pies could do it. We make the fruit mince ourselves, so they are not too sweet. Give them a try ! They come in packs of 2 - perfect as a small Christmas gift.

Fancy a Nonya Yam Kuih ? We know you do ! It is amazing how many people like this humble Nonya Kuih - and we make a very nice luxe version with lots of toppings and flavours. Available occasionally - on weekends. Call us to check.

Peach Strudel

We have been making Peach Strudels over the last few weekends. This is made using the traditional method where the dough is stretched by hand to create the thin layered pastry skin. Inside it is filled with peach slices and custard. Not too sweet and very yummy.

Flat Ginger Bread House

If a full Ginger Bread House is too extravagant, how about a Flat Ginger Bread House ? These are individually decorated and would look good on the mantlepiece. You can also eat it as its made of real ginger bread and sugar icing.

Rich Fruit Cakes

Our Rich Fruit Cakes are always very popular during the festive season. They are made with mixed dried fruits soaked in liquer, and steamed for a few hours to create a cake that is rich and moist. In fact the longer you keep it the better it tastes. They are 6" square, and come packed in a gift box. Great as Christmas gifts.
